General Returns Policy
New and unused returns received within 30 days from invoice date in resalable condition with an MRA created on line, a copy of the invoice in the box and the RA number on the shipping label will not incur a restocking fee.
• All returns received without an MRA are subject to a 20% restock fee if not refused at the door (including cores and defective parts).
• Special order items are not returnable.
• All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA ).
• A copy of your RMA and the original invoice should accompany all returns.
• Returns will be credited the purchase price and applicable taxes less any restocking and or packaging fees to the original credit card. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved returns will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• Items incorrectly shipped to MX TV Parts will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• The RMA number MUST be printed clearly on the return label.
New and Unused Parts Return
• Must be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of invoice date. Any part returned after 30 days is subject to a restock fee, partial credit, or no credit depending on condition, need, and stocking status.
• Manufacture seals that have been opened will be returned at customer's expense without credit being issued or repackaged at customer's expense.
• Do not write on the original part box. Any parts returned defaced will be returned to the customer at their expense or charged a re-packaging fee (min $10.00).
• Any part returned without an MRA is subject to an additional 20% processing fee.
Defective / In Warranty Return
• MX TV Parts will honor the manufacturer's warranty on a product sold by MX TV Parts. Most, but not all products are warranted for 90 days from the date of the original invoice.
• Will be exchanged only. No credit will be issued for defective items.
• The manufactures require model and serial number of the product the defect was installed in as well as the exact nature of the defect in detail.
• Any defective part returned without reordering a replacement is subject to an additional 20% processing fee.
Core Returns
• All core returns must meet the following guidelines for credit consideration. Cores failing to meet these requirements will not be eligible for credit and will not be returned.
• Core must be returned within 30 days of original invoice.
• All cores must be returned in the manufacturer's original box or container in which the new product was delivered. Cores returned in non-standard packaging will not be accepted.
• Core credit will only be issued for the exact number of units purchased, based on the quantity sold on the original invoice. Core credit will not exceed the original core value charged.
• Cores must be in good condition. Cores that are cracked burnt or are missing components will not be accepted for credit and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• Core credit will not be issued if your core is not returned to MX TV Parts.
• Any core returned without an MRA is subject to a additional 20% processing fee.
Damaged Parts
• You must inspect all packages when received and before signing for it. If you receive a package that appears damaged, or contains merchandise that is damaged, you must first notify the shipper and we must be notified within two days of receipt (same or next day).
• The incident will be documented, and the shipper may decide to return the delivery to us. Without the incident documentation, subsequent damage claims may be difficult or impossible to prove later!
Wrong Parts
Customers must notify MX TV Parts within 5 working days of receipt in reference to any part that is shipped in error or short shipped. MX TV Parts will not honor any such claim reported after 5 working days.
