If parts are needed to fix my television, do you provide a warranty?

Yes. We have different warranties for different parts you may need in order to keep your television lasting as long as possible.

How long is your warranty on new parts?

For new parts, all products are warranted for 30 days from the date of the original invoice. Parts will be exchanged only. No credit will be issued for defective items.

How long is your warranty on remanufactured parts?

For remanufactured parts, you will receive a 90 day warranty. No cash refunds will be issued, but you will be able to receive store credit for other items.

I would like to contact MX TV Parts and pay my bill. What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, money orders, pre-approved company checks and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

If my television is not within your list of current brands, is it possible for you to locate parts for it?

Yes. In most cases we can. The best way to know the answer to this question is to contact us by filling out our Parts form. When we receive your information, we will then be able to determine what further steps should be taken to have your issue resolved in a timely manner.

If we ship our product(s) to MX TV Parts, do you cover the shipping charges?

No. All shipping cost will be solely the customers responsibility.

Do you have a shipping policy?

Yes, we do have a shipping policy. When we return your product(s) to you, we ONLY ship 3rd party UPS. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
